Job Purpose and Impact

O Production Excellence Engineer II atuará como facilitador da Excelência Operacional, liderando e suportando iniciativas de melhoria contínua, padronização de processos e desenvolvimento de capacidades organizacionais, garantindo resultados sustentáveis e alinhados às necessidades do negócio.

Key Accountabilities

  • Liderar e suportar iniciativas de Melhoria Contínua, promovendo a implementação de metodologias Lean e a captura sustentável de resultados.
  • Identificar oportunidades de melhoria, por meio de execução de workshops, priorizar iniciativas e desenvolver planos de ação alinhados aos objetivos estratégicos do negócio.
  • Conduzir ciclos estruturados de melhoria contínua utilizando metodologias como PDCA, A3, Kaizen, Lean e Six Sigma, garantindo a implementação, sustentação e replicação das melhores práticas.
  • Facilitar análises de causa raiz (RCA) para problemas crônicos ou recorrentes, assegurando a identificação das causas sistêmicas e a implementação efetiva de ações corretivas e preventivas.
  • Atuar junto à area na implementação, padronização e sustentação de sistemas de gestão, fortalecendo a cultura de melhoria contínua e disciplina operacional.
  • Monitorar indicadores de desempenho, riscos e benefícios dos projetos, comunicando progresso, desafios e resultados à liderança da planta.
  • Desenvolver capacidades nas equipes locais por meio de treinamento, coaching e suporte na aplicação de ferramentas e metodologias de melhoria contínua.
  • Resolver independentemente problemas moderadamente complexos com supervisão mínima, ao mesmo tempo em que escala questões mais complexas para a equipe apropriada.
  • Outros deveres como atribuídos.

Qualifications

QUALIFICAÇÕES MÍNIMAS

  • Bacharelado em Engenharia ou área relacionada ou experiência equivalente
  • Sólida e comprovada experiência de trabalho relacionada
  • Inglês Intermediário
  • Experiência em Engenharia de Processos
  • Experiência com Ferramentas de Melhoria Contínua
  • Formação, minimamente, em Yellow Belt.
  • Outras qualificações mínimas podem ser aplicadas

QUALIFICAÇÕES DESEJÁVEIS

  • Conhecimento ou experiência em processos de refino de óleos
  • Formação em Green ou Black Belt
