Principal Accountabilities
- Feed materials into machine adding hand measured or premeasured ingredients per specifications, operate and monitor short cycle machine operations and make occasional basic adjustments to ensure product specifications are met
- Collect product samples, work with others to solve product issues and utilize computer systems to input and record data as necessary
- Use power tools and hand tools, to perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot basic machine issues and work with others to resolve issues
- Responsible for food safety and quality paper and electronic tracking, including tallying production quantities, marking goods and movement of goods to storage and recording manually and through computerized systems
- Must be able to perform basic math (Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication, Division)
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Must be 18 years or older
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous food manufacturing experience
- Ability to stand on hard surfaces for extended periods of time
- Ability to work in a repetitive and fast paced environment
- Ability to rotate through a variety of tasks
