This position is in Cargill’s agricultural supply chain business. We sit at the heart of the supply chain, partnering with farmers and customers to source, make and deliver essential products.
Job Purpose and Impact
The Field Representative will focus on executing our origination strategy in the assigned territory (Khmelnytsky region). We seek a results-oriented professional who will execute our strategy for the customers assigned, actively using marketing and origination effectiveness processes, best practices and tools.
Key Accountabilities
- Maintain and expand relationships with customers to achieve the given targets in terms of origination, applying sales tools and techniques.
- Develop and execute customer-based account plans for customers that will allow to meet origination and risk management volume.
- Following execution of contract by the supply chain and operations departments.
- Checking documents compliance (contracts, payment documents) with Company`s internal procedures and legal requirements.
- Monitor customer and competitor activity and industry trends.
- Support business growth by disseminating favorable information of the organization and its products and services.
- Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of two years of related work experience.
- Driving license (category B).
