Sr Industrial Relation Officer
Job Purpose and Impact
The Employee Industrial Relations Associate I, will execute and support sponsored employee relations activities and programs within an organization. In this role, you will help implement measures to increase employee morale, motivation and satisfaction, while reducing turnover. You will help senior level managers investigate employee and supervisor complaints regarding conduct, performance or attendance.
Key Accountabilities
- Conducting HR function in the filed of Industrial Relation.
- Ensure all company HR policy and procedure are implemented accordingly.
- Ensure all administration procedure and the complete formalities document is conducted accordingly.
- Conduct and monitor administration procedure : Jamsostek, Manpower Dept, Immigration, Hospital, Clinic, e
- Ensuring a healthy and safe working environment.
- Responsible to understand, support , conducting and also communicating the valid “Program Assurance” such as : EHS, ISO 14001 and 9001, Food Safety, RSPO and ISCC.tc.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Management, HR Management.
- 1 years experience in the field of Industrial
- Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP)
- Have good communication skills.
- Able to pursue people.
- Become a bridge among Governmet, and company.
- Able to work under pressure.
