HR Operation Supervisor
Job Purpose and Impact
- HR Operation Supervisor responsible for general HR Operations job sets day-to-day operational objectives for the team responsible for developing, influencing, and implementing human resources strategies, policies, programs and processes within the organization's business services work streams, including data administration, position management, time and attendance, learning administration, exit processing, service delivery enablement, vendor management, performance monitoring, benefits and other transactions. This job is also responsible for monitoring industry and market trends to determine impacts and opportunities to improve the organization's human resources administrative services.
Key Accountabilities
- EMPLOYEE SUPPORT: Handles the implementation of human resources administrative services, activities and solutions, ensuring that the appropriate processes, standards and procedures are used to handle employee questions and transactions regarding human resources services, policies and processes.
- HR RESEARCH: Performs internal and external research to maintain knowledge of industry and market trends, reviews the organization's human resources processes and standards and performance metrics, identifies impacts to the organization's human resources administrative services, processes and standards, and recommends improvements to leadership.
- BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP: Consults with the organization's leaders to support the development of strategies and priorities, ensuring alignment with delivering human resources administrative services.
- QUALITY ASSURANCE & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT: Leads the implementation of accountability measures and processes to ensure compliance, performs analyses of human resources administrative services performance metrics, and reviews and coordinates recommendations related to areas of opportunity to enhance services.
- SYSTEMS & PROCESSES: Facilitates utilization of appropriate technology systems and process enhancements to achieve efficiencies in human resources administrative services activities.
- VENDOR MANAGEMENT: Partners collaboratively with key vendors and stakeholders to stay updated on the latest technologies, tools and methodologies, and identifies opportunities to integrate them into program design and delivery.
- HR SERVICES ADMINISTRATION: Monitors and reviews the maintenance and reconciliation of employee related data and benefits records, ensuring the accuracy and validity of records and data.
- TEAM MANAGEMENT: Manages team members to achieve the organization's goals, by ensuring productivity, communicating performance expectations, creating goal alignment, giving and seeking feedback, providing coaching, measuring progress and holding people accountable, supporting employee development, recognizing achievement and lessons learned, and developing enabling conditions for talent to thrive in an inclusive team culture.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Plantation Industry Background is preferable.
• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience such as payroll and compensation benefit
• Experience in service areas such as HR payroll and compensation, HR data Management, Employees benefits, HR Policy, HR administrations, HR project and HRIS
• Experience with the use of spreadsheets (advance excel) and business intelligence tools (advance Power BI or Power Query)
• Advance communication In English is advantages.
