MSC Performance Enablement Lead
Job Purpose and Impact
The MSC Performance Enablement Lead will focus on production site activities, encompassing both manufacturing and supply chain. The purpose of this role is to maximize our PnL by enabling the team to achieve all performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). This role will drive improvements in productivity, efficiency, and reliability across the site, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and performance improvement initiatives.
Key Accountabilities
- Strategic Alignment & Execution: Provide strategic direction to improve manufacturing and supply chain performance, developing and refining strategic plans, and leading a cross-functional team. Owning the Annual Operating Planning and Transformation Projects.
- Performance Governance: Lead integrated performance review activities related to manufacturing and supply chain, providing insights and guiding leadership to key action plans. Ensures that performance metrics are tracked, analyzed, and reported accurately to drive accountability and effective actions deployment by focused resources.
- Value creation portfolio management: Identify and implement process improvements (through internal and external benchmarking) to optimize performance, reduce COGS (both logistics and manufacturing), inventories and enhance efficiency.
- Collaboration: Partner with Regional MSC Enablement organization, technology experts, supply chain and manufacturing teams to integrate business planning and drive performance improvement.
- Stable Ops and Supply Chain & Training and Development: Ensuring the process adherence. Support the training and development of team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Project Management: Lead improvement project portfolios (created in PISW) to deliver productivity targets using continuous improvement and manufacturing and supply chain excellence tools.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of six years of related work experience in manufacturing and supply chain
- Proven track record in continuous improvement and project management
- Strong data analytics skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud-based applications and enterprise resource planning systems
- Knowledge of lean six sigma concepts and principles
- Experience in reliability and asset management
- Black Belt certification or willingness to achieve
- Knowledge of Dutch is an asset
