Job Purpose and Impact

The Sales Enablement Lead will be responsible for executing complex sales enablement strategies. In this role, you will develop and deploy complex processes and change management to ensure the adoption of sales enabling tools. You will serve as a partner in developing and sustaining complex solutions that make our sales teams more effective and efficient through a mix of tools, processes and technologies. You will be involved in continuous improvement, sales training, sales processes, sales tools adoption and event management to enable increased internal and external engagement and effectiveness for our sales organization.

Key Accountabilities

  • Design and build Sales and Technical academy framework and ensure the execution of training to commercial and technical team. In charge of training library and documents.

  • Partner with commercial leaders to build commercial talent pipeline and talent development.

  • Provide end to end ownership of the processes or future tools in the commercial environment, including effectiveness and utilization measures, such as the account planning process and customer segmentation.

  • Partner with the commercial team leads to create a commercial coaching program for related managers to ensure they have the skills, knowledge, processes and tools required to lead their commercial teams effectively and support customer driven growth.

  • Coordinate content curation initiatives with key business partners to deliver both internal and external insights related to market, industry and consumer trends.

  • Collaborate with business process owners to implement and support process design and metrics for optimal execution and results.

  • Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

  • Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Commercial experience supporting sales and marketing teams
  • Experience designing and implementing new processes and tools
  • Minimum of four years of related work experience
  • Other minimum qualifications may apply
  • Experience using content management tools 
  • Experience with customer relationship management tools
