Principal Accountabilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and structural components
  • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the facility grounds, including landscaping, snow removal, and waste management
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance needs
  • Coordinate with supervision for specialized repairs and services
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company politics
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies
  • Assist in the setup and teardown of equipment for facility events and operations
  • Assist in Hazmat response
  • Aerial lift and forklift trained / qualified to perform duties
  • Knowledge of gas farm operation and maintenance
  • Other Tasks Assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Legal to work in the US without the need of a Visa sponsorship
  • Must be 18 years or older

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous Cargill Experience
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English 
  • Ability to perform basic addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • Previous experience using a computer
  • Previous experience as a forklift driver
  • Work History in the last 12 months
