Job Purpose and Impact

The Continuous Improvement Clerk – 1st shift will support the designated business by working directly with operations to audit and support the plant's lean manufacturing programs. In this role, you will be conducting time studies of the different steps in the processes, and using Microsoft Office products, run reports to communicate out how the team is performing.

Key Accountabilities

• Create communication and training materials based on clear and routine assignments.
• Use existing procedures to produce consistent and accurate performance reports.
• Maintain and update digital platforms.
• Support the logistics of project meetings and town halls.
• Support technology implementations.
• Interact with the team and related stakeholders within a large project group.
• You will work under general supervision and independently solve moderately complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues while referring more complex problems to a higher-level staff. 
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent
• Minimum of two years of related work experience
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish/English
