Principal Accountabilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and structural components
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the facility grounds, including landscaping, snow removal, and waste management
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance needs
- Coordinate with supervision for specialized repairs and services
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company polictes
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies
- Assist in the setup and teardown of equipment for facility events and operations
- Assist in Hazmat response
- Aerial lift and forklift trained / qualified to perform duties
- Knowledge of gas farm operation and maintenance
- Other Tasks Assigned
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus
- Proven experience in building and grounds maintenance, preferably in an industrial setting
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance practices
- Ability to operate maintenance equipment and tools safely and effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, climbing, and working in various weather conditions
