Job Location: 165 Dunlop Drive in, Guelph, ON
Job Type: Full Time
Shift: Monday to Friday (Start time varies from 5:40am to 6:30am and ends at 2:10pm to 3:00pm)
Starting Rate: $21.25 /hour

Principal Accountabilities

  • Ensuring food safety and quality
  • Maintaining a safe work environment
  • Trimming and cutting meat
  • Assisting Machine Operator
  • Picking, sorting, labeling, bagging, boxing, packing, pushing, pulling and lifting product weighing 20lbs – 60lbs with or without a reasonable accommodation
  • Working with raw meat particularly with Beef
  • Ability to work in temperature controlled environments (Hot/Cold 0-4 Celsius)
  • Cleanliness and housekeeping

Required Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must be currently legal to work in Canada
  • Must be comfortable with picking, sorting, labeling, bagging, boxing and packing meat products
  • Must be able to push, pull and lift product weighing 20lbs – 60lbs with or without a reasonable accommodation
