This position is in Cargill’s protein and salt business, where we provide wholesome, high-quality food products to a wide range of customers, from foodservice operators and grocery stores to manufacturers and exporters.

Job Type: Part Time 
Shift available: Day


Principal Accountabilities:

  • Data entering for the Billing department using Word, Excel and Microsoft programs
  • Provide support to other team members along with shipping and warehouse supervisors
  • Required to prepare documentation and collate paperwork for distribution to the drivers
  • Knowledge of XLGO, PFS and Pallet exchange an asset
  • Understanding and adhering to all safety rules and regulations
  • Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
  • Other duties as assigned


Required Qualifications:

  • Must be legally entitled to work for Cargill in Canada
  • Cargill requires that employees be a minimum of 18 years old
  • Ability to understand and communicate in English (Verbal/Written)
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office software, with an emphasis on Excel and Word
  • Ability to work overtime including weekends, holidays, or different shifts with advance notice


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of XLGO, PFS and Pallet exchange
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using the SAP system
