Job Purpose and Impact

The Store Clerk III will work selling products and provide customer service to employees or external customers. In this role, you will support the company brand through positive customer service and complex product sales with limited to no guidance.

Key Accountabilities

  • Responsable de lograr el objetivo de venta de su ruta y control diario, cumpliendo las políticas establecidas por la compañía.
  • Responsible for achieving the sales objective of your route and daily control, complying with the policies established by the company.
  • Responsible for the sale and delivery of the product (sausages and meat products) in Guatemala City.
  • Meets established minimum vehicle safety requirements.
  • Complies with BSC measurements (Cartridge use, service, percentage of coverage and effectiveness).
  • Support the launch of new and existing products.
  • Completes reports and forms for the sales supervisor.
  • Follows and collaborates to ensure that colleagues comply with safety rules, critical tasks and HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) procedures for each of their functions or tasks. 
  • Take care of and maintain the product, equipment and facilities in optimal conditions.  
  • Performs other general duties of the position.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Over 18 years old. 
  • Complete primary schooling or higher. 
  • Ability to read and write in Spanish without difficulty. 
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, ascending and descending steps, kneeling, stooping, or twisting safely, with or without a reasonable accommodation. 
  • Ability to lift up to 25 kilos with or without reasonable adjustments.
  • Ability to work in different environments where noise, dust, chemicals, among others, may occur. With the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). 
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays or different shifts, with prior notice. 
  • Possess a minimum of 1 year of experience working in retail sales. 
  • Type A or B License.


Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Previous experience with inventory systems.
  • Ability to work in elevated areas or spaces (1.20 meters or greater).
  • Experience with SAP/Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
