Job Purpose and Impact
The Warehouse Bonded Zone Admin will perform various warehouse tasks and operate warehouse equipment per warehouse documentation and an understanding of warehouse processes and procedures, with regular guidance. This role will support efficient and safe operations.
Key Accountabilities
- Move, receive, ship, product or materials in a warehouse and record transactions into computerized systems under regular guidance.
- Receive incoming goods verifying packaging documentation against shipment records and checks for damages following routine, standard procedures using judgement in routine issues while escalating more complex issues.
- Gather, weigh, prepare, verify and document items for shipment according to specifications and applicable transportation method, including recording received and shipped items, following standard procedures using judgement in more complex issues.
- Ensure safe storage of product in the warehouse, minimizing damage, utilizing understanding of warehouse procedures to perform foundational, clearly defined processes.
- Constructive discussion and collaboration with all the stakeholders.
- Support other administration activity need for shipments & warehousing.
- Understand and adhere to all safety policies and procedures, maintains a safe and clean work environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma degree (D3) in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial or other relevant field or manufacturing.
- Fresh Graduated or Minimum 2 years-experience in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial or food and beverage manufacturing.
- Capable of building collaborative working relationships and good communication skills, both oral and written.
- Demonstrated ability to delegate and hold self and others accountability.
- Demonstrated excellence in priority setting and execution skills.
- Medium English proficiency and MS Office literate.
- Other minimum qualifications may apply.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in managing daily inbound and outbound material operations in Bonded Zone.
- Familiar with customs regulation and compliance.
- Strong understanding in maintaining transaction in IT Inventory, Conversion B.C 2.5, WSS and Customs Data Transaction (CEISA).
