Job Purpose and Impact

We are hiring for an ambitious, highly motivated Management Trainee to join our intensive leadership development program. In this role, you will work under the direct supervision of senior executives and department heads to gain a comprehensive understanding of our core business operations. You will participate in departmental rotations, absorb essential leadership practices, and complete hands-on assignments. The ultimate goal of this position is to prepare high-potential candidates to transition into a leadership role within our organization upon program completion

The Manufacturing and Supply chain Management Trainee Program prepares early‑career professionals for future critical roles across manufacturing and supply chain. Through a structured 70/20/10 development journey, the program builds well‑rounded capabilities across the full MSC value chain—driving meaningful business impact while strengthening long‑term succession for MSC leadership.

Key Accountabilities

  • The Technical Management Trainee will perform routine activities to deliver continuous improvement in process and asset reliability through the detection and elimination of defects. In this role, you will use your knowledge to fulfill reliability engineering strategies.
  • Actively participate in structured rotations across key business functions such as Operations, Supply chain, Food safety quality & regulatory, Health & safety, Reliability etc.
  • Take ownership of small-scale strategic projects and process-mapping initiatives to maximize organizational efficiency.
  • Conduct market research, analyze departmental metrics, and identify cost-saving or revenue-generating opportunities
  • Assist department supervisors with daily administrative, operational, and scheduling workflows.
  • Provide support in the implementation of reliability excellence activities, identifying and prioritizing reliability engineering value creation opportunities.
  • Help with the development, design and installation of predictive maintenance program and technology in alignment with the area procedures.
  • Assist in technical reviews of projects and collaborate with related areas on new equipment reliability specifications.
  • Support the identification and elimination of bad actors and the optimization of equipment availability.
  • Prioritize, plan and scope for maintenance activities and work orders.
  • Collaborate with maintenance repairs and production, in reliability related processes and the identification of critical spares.
  • Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Graduated in 2025 or graduating in 2026
  • Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering
  • Business Administration degree in supply chain or Industrial operations
  • English language proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong mathematical and analytical mindset capable of mapping complex business solutions.
  • Eagerness to learn, pivot rapidly between different team structures, and take feedback constructively.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and cross-functional interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge in maintenance process management.
  • knowledge in the application of reliability tools.
  • Experience with green belt, lean or six sigma methodologies.
  • Knowledge of technical standards, principles, theories, concepts and techniques.
  • Willingness to work in shifts.
