Laboratory Administration Officer

Job Purpose and Impact
The Laboratory Administration Officer will perform routine and repetitive evaluation and quality qualification of raw materials supplied for production and will evaluate the quality of manufactured products in accordance with established policies and procedures under regular guidance while adhering to all safety rules and regulations. This role will operate and look after the performance of the entrusted equipment, prepare reports on the results and distribute to the appropriate team members.
Key Accountabilities
- Perform analysis and evaluation of raw materials for compliance with standards including documents verification and suppliers checking on plant standards with regular guidance.
- Collect and archive the samples of raw materials supplied and distribute for testing in external laboratories aligned with the quality policy of the plant.
- Execute and coordinate the evaluation of manufactured feed mixtures to ensure compliance with the quality of their performance.
- Operate the equipment for analysis and ensure timely maintenance and calibration including the stock of resources aligned to required quality and continuity of analysis performance.
- Prepare data reporting based on performed analysis and work in collaboration with key departments under regular guidance.
- Receive training and relevant documentation such as procedures, standards, recommendations and instructions to perform assigned tasks in accordance with the plant's quality policy.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma degree (D3) in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Biology, Industrial or other relevant field or manufacturing.
- Fresh Graduated or minimum 1 years-experience in food quality or food and beverage manufacturing.
- Capable of building collaborative working relationships and good communication skills, both oral and written.
- Demonstrated ability to delegate and hold self and others accountability.
- Demonstrated excellence in priority setting and execution skills.
- Other minimum qualifications may apply.
Preferred Qualifications
- Medium English proficiency and MS Office literate.
- Familiar in Food Safety, Quality and Laboratory Activities.
