Inventory Coordinator
Job Purpose and Impact
The Inventory Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the manufacturing operational activities in SAP. This includes but is not limited to managing material movements in SAP (production through process orders, inventory management, shipping, and receiving products) at a manufacturing plant in a timely manner. This individual will be responsible for working with plant operations, accounting, and supply chain teams to ensure that the operations transactions will effectively support these other functional teams. This person will be responsible for understanding MII SAP and PI functionality, including any plant floor system integrations, and will be the first point of contact for any issues relating to these systems.

Compensation: $28.75/hr
Principal Accountabilities
- Verify accuracy of plant production and monitor production inventory, chemical and in process inventory cycle counts, including error reports, variance reports, technically complete process orders, and discrepancy investigation
- Ensure entry of inventory changes using business management software and other systems
- Conduct in depth research to reconcile inventory discrepancies in the business management software and physical inventory
- Collaborate as needed with other functions, such as Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, FSQR, Maintenance, and Finance
- Ability to be on-call for occasional off-hour troubleshooting
- Handle complex clerical, administrative, technical, or customer support issues under minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

Required Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)
- Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)
- Ability to demonstrate professionalism through written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate computer skills
- Ability to work overtime including weekends, holidays, or different shifts with advance notice
- High school diploma/GED or a minimum of two years equivalent work experience
- Understanding of inventory processes and flows
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with business management software modules used to track inventory
- Experience being responsible for overseeing the accuracy of inventory
- Experience with cycle counts and review necessary adjustments for approval
