Principal Accountabilities

  • Paint interior and exterior surfaces of buildings and structures
  • Perform structural repairs to floors, walls, and ceilings as needed
  • Troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems, including leaks and clogs
  • Conduct basic electrical repairs and maintenance
  • Perform pipe painting on the roof as necessary
  • Cover holes and repair damage to walls and other surfaces
  • Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in maintenance and repairs, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting
  • Strong knowledge of troubleshooting plumbing systems
  • Proficiency in painting techniques and surface preparation
  • Ability to perform structural repairs to floors, walls, and ceilings
  • Experience with pipe painting and other roofing maintenance tasks
  • Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and perform tasks requiring bending, kneeling, and reaching


Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of electrical systems and repairs
