Principal Accountabilities 

Manage Blender Operators and Blending Processes
Delegate tasks such as opening ingredients, rotating lunches, and breaks, escalating issues to Supervisor and moving employees where needed
Will also need to learn different areas in the Grind Room to step in as needed
Accurate and honest record keeping is also needed for different documents in the room

Required Qualifications

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

  • Must be able to read and write English

  • Must have a valid driver’s license

  • Must be able to lift and carry 59 lbs


Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous inventory or forklift experience

  • Basic experience with basic handheld scanner

  • Experience formulating meats

  • Experience leading a team

  • Ability to use and understand inventory tracking systems on the computer

  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division

  • Previous Cargill experience

  • Work history in the last 12 months

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
