Principal Accountabilities

  • Knowledge of Hazmat, ER, and PSM
  • Experience with Ammonia Refrigeration, Boilers, or other Highly Hazardous Processes/Industrious settings.
  • Experienced in the use of computers and a computerized maintenance management control system.
  • Knowledge of PDM technologies (IR, UE, VA, OA)
  • Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, Electrical and mechanical functions

Required Qualifications

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2-4 years’ industrial refrigeration experience in an industrial environment.  
  • Experience in the use of computers and a computerized maintenance management control system.
  • Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed. 
  • Must be able to cover shifts before or after scheduled work as needed.
  • Must be able to pass a mechanical aptitude test.
  • Must successfully complete a Pulmonary Function Test

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous Cargill experience
  • Work history in the past 12 months
