Principal Accountabilities
- Ensure proper drying of bone material by maintaining consistent temperature control to meet quality standards
- Oversee the separation of large and small bone pieces, ensuring sinew is effectively removed
- Manage the transportation of larger bone to storage for shipment, ensuring efficiency in the process
- Monitor the grinding process to ensure small bone and sinew are processed into finer material as needed
- Monitor the sorting of ground and unground material. Ensuring any unground pieces are reprocessed
- Ensure the final product is stored securely in the appropriate silo, maintaining readiness for further use or shipment
- Perform essential housekeeping task, including cleaning and shoveling, even in challenging conditions, to ensure a sanitary and safe environment for all
Required Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need of a Visa sponsorship
- Must be 18 years or older
- Possession of or ability to obtain a driver’s license
- Basic Computer skills
- Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Must be able to work weekends
- Must provide work history for further consideration

- Previous Cargill Experience
- Experience working in challenging conditions
- Experience working with organic material
