Principal Accountabilities

  • Perform monitoring duties to insure adherence to HACCP, SSOP and/or quality specifications (These may include CCP checks, AQL’s, Zone checks, product specifications, etc.).   This position includes walking and/or standing for long periods of time
  • Correlate with production with out of spec parameters. (Must be able to conduct oneself in a professional manner)
  • Write Food Safety Corrective Action reports for deviations when needed
  • Conduct root cause analysis for deviations


Required Qualifications

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship 
  • Must be 18 years or older 
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED and/or 2 years manufacturing or other high paced broader range of skills 
  • Ability to work with a variety of hand tools and lift 20lbs
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Must have computer skills using Microsoft Office package
  • Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time
  • Ability to work in a hot environment
  • Must have 12-month experience in manufacturing or other high paced environments
  • Work history or resume must be attached to application

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous food safety, quality, or food manufacturing experience preferred
  • Previous Cargill experience 
  • Work history in the past 12 months
