Principal Accountabilities

  • Equipment start-up and monitoring
  • Equipment breakdown and cleaning
  • Material Handling
  • Temperature and Quality control
  • Communicate with supervisor
  • Monitor and oversee process
  • Ensure all operations comply with safety standards
  • Perform essential housekeeping task, including cleaning and shoveling, even in challenging conditions, to ensure a sanitary and safe environment for all

Required Qualifications

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need of a Visa sponsorship
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Possession of or ability to obtain a driver’s license
  • Basic Computer skills
  • Ability to perform physical task such as lifting, standing and walking for extended periods
  • Must be able to work weekends
  • Must provide work history for further consideration

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous Cargill Experience
  • Experience working in challenging conditions 
  • Experience working with organic material
