Job Type: Full Time
Shift(s) Available: 12 hour Rotating shift - 2 weeks days, 2 weeks nights - from 7am - 7pm or 7pm to 7am
Compensation: Starting at $23.11/hr - after 150 days of probation goes up to $23.36/hr

A Typical Work Dy May Include:
- Operating equipment associated with the loadout and unloading process for bulk materials including trucks and/or rail cars, utilizing scales, pumps, conveyors, and mobile equipment
- Creating scale tickets, collecting product samples, and supervising tank inventory, utilizing computer systems to input and record data as necessary
- Inspecting buildings, grounds, and equipment utilized by the facility to perform light maintenance and repair work; determine immediate and long range needs for maintenance and repair work.
- Solve issues independently with minimal guidance
- Interacting regularly with peers, management, merchants, and customers to pursue continuous improvement of facility operations and promote a teamwork focused environment
- Taking initiative in making decisions within your scope and escalating other issues to your supervisor or manager
- Providing a high level of customer service
- Understanding and adhering to all policies and procedures
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
- Other duties as assigned
What You Will Need:
- Must be eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to independently problem solve and resolve issues within the scope of your role
- Must be able to learn computer software programs such as Microsoft Office, Outlook, and SAP
- Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above), via ladders and/or stairs
- Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without a reasonable accommodation
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays with advance notice
- Must have very good time management skills
- Must be able to manage multiple processes simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and possess follow-up skills
- Must have high attention to detail
What Will Put You Ahead:
- Basic experience troubleshooting various mechanical components and systems
- Experience working in a production related work
