Embedded in the team of the global company Cargill, Delacon researches, develops and produces natural feed additives for poultry, pigs, ruminants and aquaculture at the Engerwitzdorf site (Linz area). 


Job Purpose and Impact

The Master Data & Product Documentation Specialist will be responsible to execute on master data setup and maintenance (all production related master data in the ERP system). In this role, you will apply your analytic skills to ensure a smooth production process to be able to supply our customers in time. You will partner closely with all business functions and corporate information technology function An additional task will be the creation and maintenance of safety data sheets using an existing software solution.

Key Accountabilities

  • Monitor overall health of the data and execute cleansing efforts for all master data.

  • Partner with functional leaders to ensure data processes and procedures are followed and completed.

  • Coordinate master data requests using workflow tools to ensure that data quality meets established standards and that requests meet service level expectations.

  • Execute master data setup and configuration in enterprise resources planning systems and other application solutions.

  • Create and update safety data sheets for new and existing feed additive solutions using an established software tool

  • Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience

  • Minimum of two years of related work experience

  • Fluent English language skills – verbal and written 

  • Very good German language skills – verbal and written 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Navision preferred)

  • Background/education in natural science / chemistry

  • Experience in managing cross-functional, multi-team tasks

  • Good coordination & communication skills

  • Highly accurate handling of data

For legal reasons, we would like to point out that a basic salary of €2800 gross per month (based on a 38-hour week) is provided for this position. The actual remuneration depends on training, experience and individual skills and can therefore be higher.
