Job Purpose and Impact
The Product Expert – CNS will work on nutrition system development and support for the team and customers. In this role, you will use insights extracted from projects and products to resolve current challenges, deliver new solutions that provide a competitive advantage and provide technical development and support to CNS users, while staying current with our nutrition systems, company offerings and advancements.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop, maintain, and apply high impact technologies that enhance, simplify and optimize our nutritional information system tools and products.
- Support cross functional teams by compiling, analyzing and integrating data into our nutrition system for customers and projects.
- Develop integrated nutrition system tools and products and formulations for CNS users using various data sources.
- Independently analyze and summarize data related to the Cargill Nutrition System.
- Organize and lead discussions with customers, account managers and nutrition staff related to customer nutrition system and data needs.
- Work within teams to achieve business and customer goals.
- Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of two years of related work experience
- Basic computer skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree
- Experience with coding, particularly experience with Visual Studio and Visual Basic
- Experience working with large databases, particularly SQL Server and SQL databases
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience using Access database
- Basic understanding of nutrition
- Experience with feed formulation and formulation software
- Project management experience
- Expertise in data analytics, statistics and/or mathematical modeling
