Shift(s) Available: 12-hour day shift, from 4:00 am to 4:00 pm
Compensation: $22.10/hr.

A typical Work Day May Include:
- Operation of packaging equipment and forklift
- Input production-related data in computer systems such as SAP
- Create and apply product labels in accordance with regulatory and quality standards
- Collect finished product samples and perform quality testing
- Monitor Bag Weights on scale
- Minor maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment
- Repalletizing/disposal of distressed product
- Performing required production tasks to prepare equipment for the packaging of different products and packaging types
- Unloading and loading trucks/trailers and our warehouse racking system of materials, supplies, and finished product
- Understanding and adhering to all safety trainings, food safety, sanitation, housekeeping, hygiene, and environmental policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
What You Will Need:
- Right to work in the U.S. that is not based solely on possession of a student visa, or a visa sponsored by a third-party employer
- Cargill requires employees be a minimum of 18 years old to work in a production facility
- Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting safely, with or without a reasonable accommodation
- Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)
- Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)
- Must be able to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) including a respirator
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work overtime including weekends, holidays, or different shifts with advance notice
- Must be able to operate machinery and/or industrial equipment
What Will Put You Ahead:
- Prior experience in production-related work
- High school diploma/GED or a minimum of two years equivalent work experience
- Experience operating forklifts and/or similar equipment
- Basic experience troubleshooting various mechanical components and systems
