Principal Accountabilities

• Perform repetitive tasks

• Walking and standing

• Communicating with cattle truck drivers, USDA inspectors, and harvest floor management

• Creating documentation both written and digitally

• Ensuring general safety, food and animal safety

• Cleanliness and housekeeping

• Maintaining a safe working environment

Required Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

• Must be 18 years or older

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous Experience operating a Scale

• Previous Experience working in a beef processing facility
