Ben jij de gedreven teamleider die wij zoeken? Samen met nog 3 collega teamleiders zorg jij ervoor dat ons productieproces soepel verloopt.
Cargill Deventer produceert vullingen en coatings als halffabricaten en eindproducten voor voedingsmiddelenproducenten. De functie is gesitueerd binnen de productieafdeling. In de plant worden div. grondstoffen, w.o. cacao, melk, suiker en div. soorten vetten verwerkt tot ca. 250 verschillende producten. De productie hiervan is gebaseerd op de planning van klant specifieke orders (receptuur, specificaties, verpakkingsvorm,
hoeveelheid).

Wat ga je doen?

Als ervaren teamleider in deze functie, ga je aan de slag samen met een ploeg van ongeveer 12 medewerkers. Met deze collega’s is het aan jou om de klus te klaren.
Het productieproces is verdeeld in twee afdelingen. Het processing en verpakkingsgedeelte. Aan beide afdelingen zal sturing gegeven worden. Dit is verdeeld in de 3 en 5 ploegen. 
De verwerking van grondstoffen tot compound (drygrindproces) wordt batchgewijs bestuurd vanuit een controlekamer. Het drygrindproces bestaat uit het mengen en malen van grondstoffen, het kneden van het mengsel, het toevoegen van vet en het transporteren naar de adjustmenttank. In deze tank kunnen afwijkingen op de specificaties nog worden
gecorrigeerd door toevoeging van additieven.
Uiteindelijk draait het om realiseren van de geplande productie conform de gestelde (voedsel)veiligheids- en kwaliteitseisen. Dit zodanig dat de
gevraagde hoeveelheden volgens de voorgeschreven receptuur en tegen optimale kosten worden opgeleverd.

Wat neem je mee?

Je bent de geschikte kandidaat wanneer je de volgende eigenschappen meeneemt:
  • Je bent in staat om mensen te ‘bouwen’. Denk hierbij aan coaching. 
  • Weet de opgestelde richtlijnen binnen de juiste kaders te volgen.
  • Kan tegen een dynamische omgeving 
Daarnaast heb je een opleiding MTS procestechniek gedaan of gelijkwaardige opleiding.

Ook heb je kennis van het volgende:
  • HACCP
  • Voortgangsgesprekken voeren
  • BHV
  • heftruckopleiding
  • kennis van en ervaring met Excel
