Job Purpose and Impact
The Forklift Operator II will operate and drive industrial forklifts requiring moderate skills and regular guidance. In this role, you will ensure material handling and storage procedures are followed to meet all safety and regulatory policies.

Compensation: $19.15 - $20.15 /hr

Principal Accountabilities
Operate a forklift to move uniform items such as pallets within production and warehouse areas and may load pallets into trucks
Operate high lift material handling equipment, such as forklift or other Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) to load and unload from stacks and racks
PIT driving (Powered Industrial Truck) daily
May be required to set up, tear down, and operate all equipment in department
Monitor production lines, pull loads from lines on a timely basis and perform quality checks of wrapping and labels
Support other production or warehouse duties by reviewing production, shipping and receiving documentation and regular guidance to complete tasks
Operate other equipment such as electric or manual hand truck and scanning technology and enter records into computerized system
Understand and adhere to all safety policies and procedures including lock in and out procedures and maintains safe and clean work environment
Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to meet medical requirements similar to those of obtaining a driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous production/farm experience
- Previous Cargill experience
- Work history in the past 12 months
