Job Purpose and Impact
The Swine R&D TAC Associate will be responsible for conducting the research trials in the Technical Application Center (TAC) in Denmark (Kolding).
This role will be accountable for developing excellent criteria regarding trial protocols, coordination, data recording, and adherence to trial timeline to ensure successful completion of trials.This role will contribute to our innovation research and projects and will support researchers with trial implementations, protocols and monitoring valuable data. The role will require work on the trial farm in Kolding 1-2 days per week. Other days can be worked at home or a Cargill Office.
Key Accountabilities
• Responsible for quality assurance in planning and conducting research trials
• Ensure that all standard operating procedures are followed and all trials comply with the safety program and the ethical guidelines
• Ensuring that data collection, statistical data analysis and reporting is consistent
• Liaise with the R&D team to update on trial results, to develop and improve experimental methodology, daily routines and procedures
• Keep an ongoing and active dialogue with researchers, swine technicians, nutritional & lab department to ensure accurate formulation and ingredient procurement
• Responsible for the setup, monitoring, recording and reporting of trial results with appropriate partners
• Responsible of sharing research outcomes during internal meetings
• This position requires travel periodically to other customer and Cargill locations according to trial schedule and needs.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in animal science, animal husbandry or equivalent experience
Good written and verbal communication skills in Danish and English
Strong observational, analytic and organizational skills
Computer skills
Knowledge of analytical statistics
Danish Driving license
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in animal science, nutrition or related science
Experience in executing animal research trials : protocol, monitoring & recording data, reporting trial results.
