Principal Accountabilities
- Ensure and monitor the cleanliness and orderly conditions of areas around the plant, such as workstations, social areas and grounds
- Maintain and repair minor defects within the social and outside areas with direct guidance and oversight, including general ground's keeping
- Perform minor construction and repairs under direct guidance to ensure ongoing operations of facility
- May observe to learn and support minor repairs on systems (i.e. carpentry and other routine building maintenance and repairs) under direct supervision
- May inspect equipment and systems for preventive maintenance following plant protocol and move equipment and furniture for cleaning or renovation purposes
- Understand and adhere to all safety rules and regulations while maintaining a safe and clean work environment
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
