Shift Available: Day shift
Compensation: $28.49/hr
Principal accountabilities:
- Loading and unloading materials or chemicals of trucks and railcars by operating process equipment, such as oil pumps and railcar-movers
- Prepare blending documentation
- Provide preventive and corrective maintenance, including pumps, mobile equipment, and indexers in the different areas
- Management of oil and supplies inventory
- Perform oil transfers in the refinery tank farm
- Record any required information in SAP or MII systems
- Understanding and adhering to all safety rules and regulations
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Eligible to work in the United States without a visa sponsorship
- Be 18 years or older
- Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting safely, with or without a reasonable accommodation
- Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)
- Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work overtime including weekends, holidays, or different shifts with advance notice
Preferred Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience with SAP or a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office software, with an emphasis on Excel and Word
- Prior experience in production related work
- Experience loading and unloading chemicals
