Job Purpose and Impact

The Project Specialist role enables effective execution of strategic and cross-functional initiatives by supporting Project Leaders and Sponsors in driving alignment, coordination, and delivery. This role helps improve execution efficiency, strengthen project governance, and accelerate implementation of business priorities across teams.

Key Accountabilities

  • Support execution of cross-functional projects by coordinating activities, tracking deliverables, and helping Project Leaders maintain progress against timelines, milestones, and objectives.
  • Facilitate functional and technical requirement gathering sessions and create clear project documentation to support alignment and execution.
  • Act as a project enabler by supporting communication, coordination, and issue resolution across stakeholders, functions, and teams.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and execution barriers, escalating issues appropriately and supporting mitigation actions.
  • Support implementation, testing, and continuous improvement efforts by analyzing operational data, gathering stakeholder feedback, and helping drive adoption of solutions and processes.
  • Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum

  • Proven ability to support and execute complex projects.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excel intermediate – Advanced
  • Advanced English level
  • Availability to work in person in São Paulo

Preferred

  • Experience in product or platform development.
  • Experience developing and implementing enterprise solutions.
  • Experience working in cross-functional project environments and supporting project governance processes.
  • Project management certification.
