Principal Accountabilities

  • Must be able to operate a high reach truck/stand up forklift

  • Must be able to operate an electric pallet jack

  • English fluency preferred; bilingual is a plus but not required

  • Ensuring timely and efficient throughput of products

  • Ensure that all standard operating procedures are being met

  • Reporting any deficiencies in selecting processes and suggesting new alternatives/methods to improve these processes

  • Ensure that all food safety procedures and practices are being followed

  • Ensure that all safety procedures and practices are being followed

  • Ensure safe work procedures are followed by all employees in the dept

  • Ensure you are wearing proper personal protective equipment

  • Be sure you are following proper lifting procedures

  • Employees must work and act safely at all times and must accept equal responsibility for their personal safety and that of their co-workers

Required Qualifications

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without Visa sponsorship

  • Must be 18 years or older

  • A valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish, English/Portuguese)

  • Ability to read, write, and speak English

  • Previous experience on a high reach truck

  • Prior work history in a fast-paced production environment

  • Prior experience leading diverse teams in the meat industry or warehouse environment
