Compensation: $16.80/hr

Principal Accountabilities

  • Perform positioning of materials and parts for production per product specifications and production schedule
  • Operate simple equipment such as a scales and labelers and may use a knife or other hand tools for general use with regular guidance
  • Convey materials and items within production and warehouse areas by hand, hand truck or electric hand truck
  • Regularly lift and stack materials, products, tools or equipment
  • Hand pack product into materials
  • Understand and adhere to all safety rules and regulations
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Qualification

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without a visa sponsorship
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Able to lift 50+ libs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous Hatchery experience
  • Experience working with personal protective equipement (PPE)
  • Work history in the last 12 months
