Propósito e Impacto en el Trabajo

El rol de Analista de datos apoyará la generación de valor para el negocio mediante el análisis, interpretación y gestión de información de Trade Marketing. Será responsable de convertir datos en información accionable para apoyar la toma de decisiones, realizar seguimiento a indicadores clave de desempeño y brindar soporte táctico a la estrategia de frío de la compañía (administración de los equipos de frío, control de mantenimientos, indicadores de productividad) contribuyendo al crecimiento rentable, la optimización de recursos y la excelencia en la ejecución comercial.

Responsabilidades Clave

  • Consolidar, validar y analizar información comercial.
  • Elaborar reportes, dashboards y presentaciones ejecutivas que permitan monitorear los indicadores de Trade Marketing.
  • Apoyar el monitoreo, control y análisis de la estrategia de frío, incluyendo el desempeño, productividad y utilización de los activos asignados a punto de venta.
  • Desarrollar y optimizar herramientas de análisis mediante Excel, contribuyendo a la automatización y eficiencia de los procesos de reporte.
  • Brindar soporte analítico a los equipos de Trade Marketing para la evaluación de iniciativas, promociones y proyectos comerciales.
  • Gestionar actividades y requerimientos operativos relacionados con el análisis comercial bajo supervisión directa, escalando situaciones complejas cuando sea necesario.
  • Otras funciones que le sean asignadas.
