This position is in Cargill’s protein and salt business, where we provide wholesome, high-quality food products to a wide range of customers, from foodservice operators and grocery stores to manufacturers and exporters.

PROPÓSITO E IMPACTO EN EL TRABAJO

La/El Enfermera/o llevará a cabo actividades rutinarias de atención de salud ocupacional, incluyendo capacitación y educación en salud y bienestar, servicios de salud de los empleados y cumplimiento. Buscamos un profesional que tenga licencia para ejercer en su estado de empleo.

RESPONSABILIDADES CLAVES

  • Ayudar con los programas de salud ocupacional. Velar por el cumplimiento de las políticas de prevención de alcohol y sustancias psicoactivas.
  • Planificar e implementar proyectos de mejora del cumplimiento y sus resultados.
  • Bajo la supervisión general del médico laboral o general, tratar y evaluar la enfermedad o lesión de los empleados para determinar la dirección médica.
  • Manejar problemas administrativos, técnicos o de atención al cliente moderadamente complejos bajo supervisión general, al tiempo que aumenta los problemas más complejos para el personal adecuado.
  • Otros deberes asignados.

CALIFICACIONES

CALIFICACIONES MÍNIMAS
  • Graduado(a) en técnico(a) en auxiliar de enfermería.
  • Mínimo un año de experiencia laboral relacionada.
  • Contar con la inscripción RETHUS.
  • Certificación en atención de paciente-víctimas de violencia o abuso sexual y curso de soporte vital básico.
CALIFICACIONES PREFERIDAS
  • Conocimientos intermedios en manejo de Paquete Office (Excel).
  • Conocimientos en seguridad y salud en el trabajo.
