Position Data Owner - HR Core
Job Purpose and Impact
The Position Data Owner HR Core will lead and drive value creation and operational efficiencies through data management, data exploitation, data enabled strategies and drive business outcomes using data. In this role, you will partner collaboratively to define and develop the data strategy globally in support of the HR organization's strategies.
Key Accountabilities
• Develop and drive an end-to-end data execution strategy and roadmap for Position Management for the HR organization including the business cases, priorities and roadmaps to build sustainable data ownership and management capability.
• Influence to define and run Position Management ownership across the entire HR organization and enable data as an asset to foster a cultural change in which data is viewed as a strategic business asset.
• Build definitions, standards, rules, patterns, hierarchies and use cases for the domain across the Position Management process from source to target.
• Provide expert thought leadership and apply broad knowledge to identify business needs, gather highly complex requirements and define scope and objectives to make business decisions.
• Create solutions and recommend improvements to business processes using new data technology or alternative uses of existing technology.
• You will serve as an expert in your field and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues/problems. You may provide direction to lower-level team members and be a key contributor.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of six years of related work experience.
• Other minimum qualifications may apply.
Preferred Qualifications
• Comes with at least 5 years of subject matter expertise in position management within the HR function.
• At least 3 years of experience in SAP SF Employee Central.
• Worked with global teams outside India.
• Proactive.
• Strong communication skills.
• Customer focus approach as the role will have to navigate across multiple stakeholders.
• Makes sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems.
• Creates new and better ways for the organization to be successful.
• Maneuvers comfortably through complex policy, process, and people-related organizational dynamics.
