Control Framework Specialist
Job Purpose and Impact
The Control Framework Specialist performs different internal control process to help monitor control frameworks deployed in different businesses.
Key Accountabilities
- CONTROL FRAMEWORK— Document business processes and ensure end to end process is covered. Identify risk and controls for any of the business processes in scope. Perform design assessment for process and controls. Perform control testing for controls and identify control gaps if any. Document all design assessments and control testing as per reperformance standards aligning with internal control framework standards.Perform impact assessment on control gaps and consult in remediation and perform follow up on remediation. Follow up on control self assessment, Other activities as necessary. Resolve all quality reviews by Control Framework Team Lead.
- COLLABORATION — Work closely with control operators to clarify control exceptions. Interact with multiple internal partners to ensure end to end process is documented.
- TRANSFORMATION INITIATIVES — Participate and contribute on transformation initiatives and continuous improvement.
- PLANNING AND REPORTING — Prioritize multiple activities (design, control testing, documentation, issue discussion etc) based on the stage and current requirements. Update periodically the information to facilitate reporting process.
Qualifications
- CA with 0-2 years of audit experience.
- CA Inter and other qualifications should have 2-4 years of audit or internal controls testing experience.
- Should be Flexible with Shift.
