PROPÓSITO E IMPACTO DO TRABALHO

O Supervisor de Produção das áreas de Precipitação, Destilaria e Envase da planta de produção de Pectina fornecerá supervisão operacional estratégica para todas as instalações operacionais das áreas relacionadas, sendo duas dessas áreas HHP (High Hazard Process – Processo de alto risco). Nesta função, você supervisionará e responsabilizará as instalações operacionais por normas de segurança, qualidade, eficácia operacional e desempenho financeiro.

PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Executar operações rotineiras da área atribuída, garantindo que os relatórios diretos estejam seguindo políticas e procedimentos relacionados à segurança dos funcionários, alimentos e conformidade ambiental.
  • Monitore os resultados de produção, quantidade e qualidade para garantir que os requisitos de segurança do cliente e dos alimentos estejam dentro das especificações.
  • Faça parceria com supervisores de produção, manutenção e qualidade para atender às especificações e cronograma do cliente.
  • Administrar o orçamento de produção para os departamentos sob sua responsabilidade, processar ou mudar e executar ordens de compra e garante o pagamento oportuno de faturas
  • Desenvolver planos operacionais e monitorar operações rotineiras para todos os processos produtivos para múltiplos departamentos, processos e turnos.
  • Desenvolva, supervisione e forneça coaching para relatórios diretos, incluindo valores fundamentais da empresa de coaching e princípios orientadores para instalações ou região atribuídas.
  • Garantir a execução de projetos de melhoria na área, sejam eles com ou sem investimento.
  • Responsável pelas decisões pessoais relacionadas à contratação, desempenho e ações disciplinares para seus relatórios diretos. Você também passará o tempo completando as mesmas tarefas que os funcionários da sua equipe.

QUALIFICAÇÕES

QUALIFICAÇÕES MÍNIMAS

  • Bacharelado em Engenharia ou área relacionada ou experiência equivalente
  • Conhecimento da ferramenta Lean Six Sigma
  • Mínimo de um ano de experiência de trabalho diretamente relacionada em fábricas
  • Outras qualificações mínimas podem ser aplicadas

QUALIFICAÇÕES PREFERENCIAIS

  • Um ano de experiência de supervisão
  • Inglês intermediário
  • Experiência anterior em área HHP (High Hazard Process – Processo de alto risco)
