This position is in Cargill’s food and bioindustrial business, where manufacturers, retailers, and foodservice companies rely on us to consistently deliver the products and services they need, and use our technical expertise and market knowledge to develop innovative products.
Job Purpose and Impact
The Transportation Operations Data Management Assistant III will apply detailed knowledge and basic understanding to assist the team with the management of routine data maintenance, system configurations and processes to organize the automation of transportation functions. In this role, you will support management systems and will partner with internal and external stakeholders to collaborate with process excellence, improvement opportunities, process controls and system implementations.
Key Accountabilities
- Support the team and provide detailed knowledge of processes and systems related to the domain master data management on the automation of the related function.
- Solicit, collect and organize routine risk and data accuracy to support adequate process control.
- Partner with stakeholders to execute on stakeholders strategies related to transportation data.
- Prepare routine data reports and analyses to support quality data management.
- Support the team on process improvement initiatives, system implementations and maintenance of division service metrics.
- Handle complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent
- Minimum of four years of related work experience
- Fluent in French
- Other minimum qualifications may apply
