Agriculture Hatchery Maintenance Technician
Job Purpose and Impact
The Plant Maintenance Coordinator III will organize and deliver a wide range of activities related to plant maintenance and ensure the continuity of production and the operation of the plant regarding security, efficiency, aesthetics and cleanliness. In this role, you will support the plant with auxiliary production materials, the issuance and settlement of production and deposit waste as well as the necessary reporting.
Key Accountabilities
- Organize and handle production waste management.
- Control the plant's demand for auxiliary production materials to ensure the continuity of production.
- Keep the necessary documentation related to maintenance for the purposes of internal and external control.
- Organize the resolution of current failures and repairs in the plant.
- Control day to day coordination for security and maintenance vendors.
- Organize and purchase of personal protective equipment and plan maintenance for the entire plant.
- Support and handle disinfection, disinfestation and extermination processes.
- Handle complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent
