This role will be based in our Atlanta, Georgia office.
Job Purpose and Impact
The Talent Acquisition Consultant - Early Careers role will help to develop and execute recruitment strategies to source, assess and select university students and early career candidates. This role will focus on Technology software engineering talent for our new Tech Hub in Atlanta aligned to our Digital Technology and Data function. Under limited supervision, this job partners in building and maintaining university talent pipelines and driving the organization's brand as an employer of choice.
Key Accountabilities
- UNIVERSITY RECRUITING STRATEGY: Implements the organization's campus recruitment and onboarding programs and policies for select functional areas and partners in building and maintaining university talent pipelines and driving the organization's brand as an employer of choice.
- PROGRAM EFFECTIVENESS: Analyzes the effectiveness of campus recruitment techniques and prepares candidate reports for review.
- SOURCING STRATEGY: Performs moderately complex tasks to support the utilization of a variety of sourcing strategies, including job boards and social media technologies, to support the recruitment, development and retention of university hires.
- UNIVERSITY RECRUITING TALENT ASSESSMENT: Facilitates the interview process for potential candidates and coordinates with management to select the best candidate for the position.
- RECORDS MAINTENANCE: Maintains concise records and reports concerning all phases of the campus recruitment process, including equal employment opportunity statistics.
- ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT: Completes moderately complex administrative tasks related to campus recruitment and records all relevant information for new employees.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum requirement of 2 years of Talent Acquisition experience including university recruiting relevant work experience. Typically reflects 3 years or more of relevant experience.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of time for national conferences or events and attend on campus recruiting events.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience partnering with technology functions to support early career talent acquisition needs.
- Experience building engagement and brand with universities including colleges, career centers, professors, student organizations, etc.
- Experience leading campus engagement such as career fairs, information sessions, and in classroom participation.
- Experience leading and making recommendations for early talent strategies from keep warm strategy to intern experience and programming.
- Experience with ATS, preferably Success Factors, and sourcing tools such as Handshake, LinkedIn, etc.
