This role will be based in Wayzata, Minnesota or Atlanta, Georgia. 

Job Purpose and Impact

The Senior Training and Change Management Specialist will evaluate the change impact for various system and process implementations to ensure the introduction of new or refreshed processes or procedures are communicated and adopted effectively. In this role, you will design and deliver technical training and change management plans and communication to impacted stakeholders, as well as work in close partnership with internal teams to gather change impacts.   

Key Accountabilities

  • Execute key change activities, including stakeholder identification, action plans, change discussions, change impact identification and role mapping activities.  
  • Gather, analyze, and prepare technical training needs and plans.   
  • Create, maintain and deliver technical training materials/presentations to accommodate defined needs, including building knowledge tests to assess understanding.  
  • Create and deliver change management plans and communications based on identified stakeholder maps.  
  • Assume responsibility for ongoing development, researching industry standards and best practices.  
  • Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of key business processes.  
  • Develop professional and collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders.  
  • Develop and produce reports to measure post learning knowledge, retention and behavioral outcomes and follows up with participants when necessary.  
  • Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.   
  • Must have prior experience building full suite of training and assessments for SuccessFactors Employee Central.  
  • Other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience 
  • Minimum of four years of related work experience 
  • Minimum three years' experience building technical training and assessments for SuccessFactors Employee Central. 
  • Minimum three years' experience in Change Management protocols such as PROSCI. 
  • Experience working in a global organization. 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Change Management certification 
  • Experience managing translation of materials

Additional Information

Compensation

The expected salary for this position is $85 - $105K. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance.
