Job Purpose and Impact

Join one the Food industry’s largest ERP transformation programs and use your talent for driving strategic transformation programs in the Digital Technology & Data Team with high exposure across the global Cargill organization.
We are seeking a visionary and strategic ERP Transformation Manager to lead and manage our organization’s critical transition from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA. This position will involve overseeing the entire transformation journey, including the planning, execution, and delivery of the SAP S/4HANA implementation. The ERP Transformation Manager will also be responsible for leading and managing a medium-sized team of SAP professionals, ensuring seamless collaboration and the successful execution of all project milestones.
Key Accountabilities
- ERP Strategy and Planning: Take ownership of the end-to-end transformation program from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA, ensuring the successful migration of business processes and technical infrastructure.
- Project Planning & Execution: Develop and manage the project plan, timeline, and budget for the S/4HANA transformation, ensuring milestones are met and the project is delivered on time and within scope.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of SAP professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Provide guidance and support to ensure the team is aligned with project goals and objectives.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across business units, IT, and external vendors to ensure alignment of the transformation program with business goals and objectives.
- Change Management: Oversee the change management efforts related to the transformation, including communication, training, and user adoption strategies to ensure smooth transitions for end-users.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the transformation process, implementing contingency plans as needed to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive best practices and innovative approaches to the transformation process. Ensure that lessons learned are applied to ongoing and future projects. Stay updated on the latest ERP technologies and best practices.
- Technical Oversight: Work closely with the technical team to ensure successful data migration, system configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP S/4HANA.
- Reporting & Metrics: Provide regular updates to senior leadership, including progress reports, performance metrics, and issues resolution. Track key performance indicators to ensure the project is on track.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of six years of related work experience
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a medium-sized team
Demonstrated experience managing complex, scalable and global development environments, and transformational ERP initiatives, preferably SAP S4 Hana, across multiple process areas.
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of related work experience
Five years of supervisory management experience
Eight years of experience in ERP (SAP S4 Hana or Oracle) Application Solutions
10 years of experience in technology design or process design teams and environments
