This role could be based in Wayzata, Minnesota or Atlanta, Georgia.
Job Purpose and Impact
The Advisor, Global HR Core Governance is responsible for the governance of HR technical product roadmaps and ServiceNow knowledge management, ensuring processes and tools are optimized for impact. In this role you will provide advanced knowledge and thought leadership to deliver strategic projects for the organization, partnering with leadership and other internal and external key stakeholders. In this role, you will guide the efforts that support the design and implementation of programs and partner across the business to influence priorities, gain commitment and align organizational resources needed to deliver results. You will negotiate and collaborate with and influence internal and external teams to define deliverables and monitor and report implementation progress.
Key Accountabilities
- Provide advanced knowledge and thought leadership togovernand monitor strategic projects designed to strengthen the company's capabilities.
- Consult with product pods to align cross functional teams on strategic priorities and to ensure project objectives are incorporated into routine discussions, work and processes.
- Enable integration between product pods and deliver global view of product roadmaps.
- Partner collaboratively with functional reporting, insights and analytic teams to monitor progress against goals and project effectiveness.
- Identify and influence opportunities to advance the mission and effectiveness of strategic projects and translate a vision into executable actions and understand how to translate internal efforts to showcase product podssuccess across HR.
- Oversee internal operations and budgets for the strategic projects.
- Other duties as assigned
- Provide expert thought leadership in your field and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues or problems. You may provide direction to supporting team members and be a strategic contributor.
- Lead the execution of knowledge migration from SharePoint to ServiceNow ensuring knowledge owners are supported and aligning to knowledge governance.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of six years of related work experience
- Solid understanding of knowledge management principles and the ability to adapt quickly to ServiceNow (or similar platforms) for governance, reporting, and content management.
- Experience building governance structures to ensure consistency in product delivery and execution.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong experience in influencing and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive buy-in and alignment.
- Skilled in translating complex strategic visions into clear, actionable steps, and in communicating effectively across diverse audiences.
- Understanding of talent practices and human resource connection points
- Ability to translate data to insights
- Experience creating impactful presentations including presenting to senior leadership and effectively challenging tradition to move senior leaders to new thinking.
- Experience working with external partners
- Experience defining metrics and tracking and reporting success
- Experience leveraging project management tools
Compensation Data
Compensation
The expected salary for this position is $150-$170K. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance.
