PROPÓSITO E IMPACTO LABORAL

El (La) Coordinador (a) de Logística/Despacho garantizará el cumplimiento de las normas, regulaciones y requisitos de seguridad ambiental. En esta función, planificará, organizará y supervisará proactivamente el trabajo de un equipo en la recepción, almacenamiento y movimiento de mercancías en el almacén siguiendo las directrices reglamentarias y de cumplimiento establecidas.

RESPONSABILIDADES CLAVES

  • Planificar, organizar, coordinar y controlar las operaciones de almacén y el trabajo del equipo.
  • Planificar, controlar y revisar las operaciones logísticas para optimizar el uso de recursos y minimizar los costos de las operaciones de almacén. Realizar auditorías de procesos.
  • Actuar de conformidad con los procedimientos definidos para resolver problemas logísticos rutinarios y proporcionar el mejor valor para el cliente y el transportista.
  • Lograr los indicadores claves de rendimiento de la unidad y desarrollar actividades dirigidas a su mejora.
  • Manejar problemas administrativos, técnicos o de atención al cliente complejos bajo una supervisión mínima, al tiempo que aumenta solo los problemas más complejos para el personal adecuado.
  • Otros deberes asignados.

CALIFICACIONES

CALIFICACIONES MÍNIMAS
  • Diploma de escuela secundaria, nivel de educación secundaria o equivalente
  • Mínimo de cuatro años de experiencia laboral relacionada
CALIFICACIONES PREFERIBLES
  • Estudios técnicos o tecnológicos en áreas asociadas a logística o afines.
  • Manejo de Excel, SAP y Power BI.
  • Experiencia mínima de dos años en manejo de inventarios.
