Job Purpose and Impact

The Associate Human Resources Business Partner Plant job applies basic knowledge to assist in the delivery of people processes related to people and culture strategy, workforce plans, learning programs and talent activities to improve the employee experience at the plant. This job provides support to key stakeholders and helps analyze metrics on plant performance. 

Key Accountabilities

  • METRICS & ANALYSIS: Understands how metrics are used and managed to provide insights into the performance of the plant.
  • BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP: Partners with key leaders on the execution of local people and culture plans.
  • OPERATIONAL PROCESSES: Implements plant HR operational processes including time and attendance, employee or labor relations, and benefits administration processes to support the overall compliance and effectiveness of the HR operational processes of the plant.
  • DIVERSITY, EQUITY & INCLUSION: Supports the advancement of diversity, equity and inclusion efforts for the business.
  • SOLUTION IMPLEMENTATION: Supports the implementation of basic solutions to improve employee and team performance, and employee experience at the plant.
  • PROGRAM EXECUTION: Supports the execution of routine workforce plans, learning programs, talent acquisition activities and other talent programs and projects at the location.
  • HR SUPPORT: Provides human resources support to plant supervisors and employees, acting as the first point of contact for human resources related questions.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent
  • Minimum of four years of related work experience (Executive Assistant support experience or other related project management/event coordination experience)
  • Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Possess the flexibility to adjust work hours as needed

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience working in a global business, for a multinational company
  • Experience working with senior leaders
  • Strong time management and organization skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

The expected salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000K. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance.
