Turno/Jornada: Diurna

El Operario(a) Logístico, Comercial y de Distribución, realizará una variedad de responsabilidades dentro del área asignada a la instalación de producción, incluida la operación de maquinaria y equipos mecánicos, la realización de mantenimiento preventivo y la resolución de problemas básicos siguiendo las políticas y procedimientos establecidos y la orientación frecuente. En este puesto, se le asignarán diferentes áreas de trabajo según sea necesario para garantizar que se cumplan los objetivos de producción, respaldar la producción de productos de calidad y maximizar el rendimiento mientras se siguen todas las políticas de seguridad y normativas.     

Responsabilidades Clave

  • Asegurar la correcta ejecucion de la operación logística desde la recepción hasta la entrega del producto.
  • Ejecutar actividades de almacenamiento, inventario, despacho y distribución de producto terminado
  • Realizar cargue, descargue y organización de mercancía en bodega o vehículos
  • Controlar inventarios, trazabilidad, documentación y registros en sistema (SAP u otros)
  • Garantizar condiciones del producto (peso, temperatura, calidad)
  • Manejar facturación y devoluciones

Calificaciones Mínimas


  • Escolaridad primaria completa o superior
  • Capacidad de leer y escribir en español sin dificultad
  • Mayor de 18 años de edad
  • Levantar  hasta 25 kilos con o sin ajustes razonables
  • Operar maquinaria y / o equipo industrial con o sin ajustes razonables
  • Realizar tareas físicas como flexionarse, subir o bajar gradas, arrodillarse, agacharse y torsión de forma segura, con o sin una adaptación razonable
  • Trabajar en diferentes ambientes donde se puede presentar: ruido, polvo, químicos, entre otros, con el uso del Equipo de Protección Personal (EPP)
  • Trabajar en diversas condiciones interiores y exteriores que pueden incluir calor 38 grados, frío -20 grados
  • Trabajar horas extra, incluidos fines de semana, feriados o turnos diferentes, con aviso previo

Calificaciones Preferibles

  • Conocimientos prácticos del software de Microsoft Office, como Excel y Word
  • Experiencia con el uso de una computadora
  • Experiencia previa con sistemas de inventario o logística
  • Tolerancia a trabajar bajas temperaturas
  • Organización y control
